The most constant force in our lives is Inertia. We delay change, avoid conflict and stick to what works, even if it doesn't work well. It's so familiar, it’s even called “The comfort zone”. Even if Inertia is an evolutionary relic, it doesn't feel that way. Only a more compelling force can help us out of Inertia - Love and Chaos.
Every time we encounter an obstacle we can ask: is this a Game of Self challenge or a Game of Life one? Is the problem in my head or based in reality? And if the answer is “it’s both”, then we must dive deeper until every part of it takes only Game of Self or Game of Life skills to fix.
