Here you will find a brief explanation of the most important notions in I Grow Younger.

Acceptance is one of the Emotional Ultimate skills. Acceptance helps you to handle the past. Acceptance is connected to the thinking process and your brain. Self-love is the most important form of Acceptance. Self-worth is another important form of Acceptance.

Added value is the key to Success. When you do something, it is of crucial importance to have Added value. Achievement is a Success only with Added value.

Balance is a Trap-word. You do not need Balance if you do not create Barriers in the Game of Self and Boxes in the Game of Life. Barriers and the need for Balance come from a weak Game of Self.

Barriers are internal rules responsible for a weak Game of Self and the lack of Self-love. Guilt, Shame and Fear are Barriers in the Game of Self. They are often due to Morality. Barriers are typical for Overly moral people. Barriers lead to Inertia and Sheep mode.

Beauty has a very strong appeal. It is nicer to believe in Beauty than the mundane. Beauty sticks and makes a Story survive in competition with other Stories. Beauty and the Love in biology for it are evolutionary built into us.

Box is a thinking, feeling or willing model that restricts you. You can compare a Box with a mountain that is hard to go around or to climb. It does not let you see what is on the other side. But unlike real mountains, a Box is invisible. You have to develop your Intuition for Structures in order to identify a Box and cope with it. Box is the opposite of Flow. A Box closes you in. A Box creates Inward Reaction. A Box creates more Boxes. A Box is related to Sheep mode.

Box structure is a synonym of a Box. If you divide a Box structure in two, you will have two Box structures, each of them smaller. A Box structure creates Box structures. A Box structure can’t create a Flow structure.

Bullshit is Partial truth combined with Usefulness and packed in a beautiful Story. Bullshit is the opposite of Truth. Bullshit is the biggest danger of our Time in the Game of Life.

Business is the most common way to wealth and Long-term Freedom. Business is a synonym of Entrepreneurship. Business is a Trap-word. Hiring is one of the most important actions if you have a Business. The Love strategy and the Spam strategy are very useful for every Business. Shared responsibility is a mistake. Business is a Flow. Business gives you the possibility to make Hunter moves. Business gives you a wide range of Diversity of Experience. The best Business is easy to try and hard to understand. In order to have Success in Business you need Self-love. A Business can only be a Success if it has a clear and lasting demand over supply advantage.

Change does not happen from inside out, but from outside inwards. Change is a Fundamental in I Grow Younger. Change is a Hunter move. Change is a Flow. Fear is the primary biological Motivation for Change. Self-love and Chaos lead to Change. You need Freedom and Resources and Morality to Change the Game of Life for better. Small Change in the Game of Life is easy. Small Change in the Game of Life is where you’d better start from. Large Change in the Game of Life is harder, because you need to do Entrepreneurship for years to earn Money and Resources and gain Long-term Freedom. Small Change in the Game of Self is not hard, but not that easy, because of Inertia and Boxes. You have to seize a momentary Game of Self peak in order to start Change. Large Change in the Game of Self is not easy, but not that hard. The best Progress is small Change in the Game of Self. Small Change in the Game of Self leads to a large Change in the Game of Life. Large Change in the Game of Life leads to small Change in the Game of Self. The Time for a good Change is always… now.

Chaos is a force in the Game of Self. Chaos is a Universal force. You need Chaos to be creative, invent new things and develop yourself further. Chaos is a Fundamental in I Grow Younger. Chaos is the opposite of Structure. Chaos is needed in the Game of Self. Chaos is useful on the personal level. Chaos is useful for Personal development. Chaos in the Game of Life is bad. Chaos is also the way to the Meta-skills and Ultimate skills. You need Chaos to be in the I Grow Younger process.

Cheating is a synonym of Reverse-Cheating in I Grow Younger.

Compass of forces contains the Human forces Love and Fear and the Universal forces Chaos and Structure. Love is on the top. Fear is down. Love and Fear are on the vertical. Chaos is on the right. Structure is on the left. Chaos and Structure are on the horizontal. Chaos and Love together result in a beautiful mess of inspiration, Motivation, and creativity in the Game of Self. Structure and Love together result in building the best Structures that last in the Game of Life.

Cooperation is only a Success when you have a good Intuition of other peoples Thresholds. Human Thresholds are for Inertia, Fear, Guilt, Shame, envy, disrespect, unfairness, Morality.

Day job is a synonym of Job.

Delayed gratification is a synonym of Gratification delay.

Direction is one of the Emotional Ultimate skills. Direction helps you to handle the future. Direction is connected to your will and actions. Direction can be an Outward direction, that is connected to Hunter mode, and an Inward reaction, that is connected to Sheep mode.

Discipline is not what you need in order to have Success in the Game of Life. Discipline comes from the past and can’t help you in the future. Discipline is connected to Order. Discipline brings you into Sheep mode. Discipline can not create Added value. Discipline can not create Motivation. Creativity creates Motivation. Discipline is not a creative force. Unconditional love and Freedom are the only creative forces.

Diversity of Experience is crucial for your Business. Diversity of Experience is connected to Flow, Hunter mode and Chaos. Diversity of Experience leads to Delayed gratification. If you try something and it doesn’t work, you still get the Diversity of Experience. But if you don’t try, and it will work, it’s just a complete loss, the worst-case scenario. So trying (not-objectively-dangerous) things is just worth it.

Education is to have Meta-skills and Ultimate skills. Education is connected to Diversity of Experience. Education is Progress. Education is knowing how to use your Intuition. Speed helps Education. The best Education is being an Entrepreneur. Education is to be in a Hunter mode. Chaos helps Education. Education is part of the Game of Self. Education is to be curious about the Game of Life. In Education the students and their Happiness and Motivation are priority. Education is Long-term Freedom. Education is a Trap-word. Education is knowing what is the real meaning and importance of Business, Money, Numbers, Structures, Resources, Added value, Unconditional love. Education is not conformity. Education is the opposite of school. Education is the opposite of university. The current school and university systems are a catastrophe – outdated, impractical and bring no useful skills for everyday life or work. When you accept mediocre educational systems, you accept mediocrity everywhere in the Game of Life. The current school and university systems have to be destroyed and rebuilt from the ground up. School and University cost a lot of Money and Time.

Emotional trust is about people’s intentions. Unconditional love carries Emotional trust. Babies feel Emotional trust before they can walk or talk. Emotional trust is built into us at a very deep subconscious level. Emotional trust is critical for our survival and wellbeing as it keeps us away from malicious people. Emotional trust is biological and is more powerful than Intellectual trust.

Emotional Ultimate skills are Acceptance, Mindfulness and Direction.

Energy depends on your Motivation. You are either in Hunter mode and motivated, or in Sheep mode and unmotivated. Energy isn’t divided between work and life. Energy is a unified force driven by your Motivation. If work drains you, it might be time to reassess your job. Like a car needing fuel, your body needs sleep and care.

Entrepreneur is someone that has his own Business. You are an Entrepreneur if you are in Hunter mode. You are an Entrepreneur if you use your Intuition. To be Entrepreneur demands boldness, creativity, and managing risks by trying and failing small. Entrepreneurs often face Chaos and unpredictability, which can foster growth and innovation.

Entrepreneurship is a Fundamental in I Grow Younger. Entrepreneurship takes place in the Game of Life. If you are an Entrepreneur, you are an employer. Hiring is one of the most important actions for an Entrepreneur. The Love strategy and the Spam strategy are the most important strategies for the Entrepreneurship. Shared responsibility is a mistake. Entrepreneurship is a Flow.

Expectations are Barriers in the Game of Self. Expectations make you feel bad long-term. Expectations limit Long-term Freedom. Expectations are the opposite of Happiness. If you have Expectations, you cannot develop Mindfulness.

Exponential function describes growth. If there is a Quantity that grows, for example – the inflation, in only a few years the initial value of this Quantity doubles. We call this Time doubling time. And doubling means that this Quantity achieves a value that is bigger than the sum of all its values in the past. For example, if your electricity consumption grows by 7% a year, it means that it doubles in only 70 / 7 = 10 years. You can use this simple formula to calculate the doubling time. Use 70 / 5 if the growth rate is 5% and so on. So, in ten years we will consume more electricity than we’ve ever consumed combined in the whole human history! Again, there is very simple math here – for example, let’s now have a value 8 = 2 * 2 * 2, that grows by 7% per year and will double in only 10 years. So we will have 8 * 2 = 16 in ten years. And what was the value 10 years ago? 8 : 2 = 4. And 4 : 2 = 2 – 20 years ago, 2 : 2 = 1 – 30 years ago and so on. Let’s now consider that 1 + 2 + 4 + 8 = 15 < 16. So, the value in 10 years is bigger than all the values till now summed up.

Faith is Spirituality with a Direction. Faith is mostly part of the Game of Self. Faith helps you to feel Happiness. Faith helps you make Progress. Faith is a tool for personal use only. Faith helps you overcome Inertia and make a Change. Faith is a power multiplier for good or bad. You can use Faith to power up your Game of Self and your Game of Life.

Fear is a human force. Fear is the opposite of Unconditional love. Fear is a typical Game of Self problem. A special case of Fear is FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). Fear is a Box. Fear is connected with Morality. The Fear of being immoral is the worst Fear in the Game of Self. The Fear of being immoral is typical for Overly moral people. Fear is a Barrier.

Flow is feeling Freedom and creativity. Flow has no Barriers. In a Flow everything is possible. You can compare a Flow with water, oceans and streams. They give you a free sight, so you can see around. Flow can transport you to a different place. A Flow, like a stream, always goes from the narrow mountains to the wide plains. A Flow removes Boxes and Barriers. Flow is a Fundamental in I Grow Younger. Flow helps you in everything that you do. Flow is crucial for a strong Game of Life. Money, Freedom, Business and Time are Flows. Flow opens you up. Flow creates Outward direction. Flow creates more Flows. Flow is connected to the Forest model.

Flow structure is a synonym of Flow. Flow structure creates other Flow structures. If you divide a Flow structure into two, you will have two Flow structures that are as strong as the initial Flow structure.

Forest model is the only way to create Flows out of Boxes. A forest is a Box, like all other places. But if there are no paths in a forest, every way out of a forest is a Flow. A forest is a Box, so you can plan on going into it. But then you have to find your way out of the forest, which is a Flow. A forest is the only place that can create a Flow out of a Box. There are two types of Forest models that can create Flows – Popular forests and Unpopular forests.

Freedom is a synonym of Long-term Freedom in I Grow Younger.

FOMO means Fear Of Missing Out. FOMO is a special case of Fear. FOMO can help you in Business, if you combine it with Self-love and the Spam strategy in Business.

Fundamental is an important notion in I Grow Younger. Fundamental is a main principle. Every Fundamental is positive. Every Fundamental leads to growth. Every Fundamental leads to the I Grow Younger process. Every Fundamental is good. Every Fundamental is crucial for Personal development. Fundamentals are Self-love, Chaos, Change, Speed, Flow, Hunter mode, Entrepreneurship, Unconditional love, Long-term Freedom, Intuition, Meaning and Truth. Each Fundamental is closely related to the other Fundamentals. The Fundamentals are part of the Game of Self, the Game of Life or both of the Game of Life and the Game of Self.

Game of Life is everything outside you. The Game of Life is the reality. The Game of Life is the world around you. The Game of Life is your environment. The Game of Life is where one part of the Fundamentals are situated. If you have a strong Game of Life, you will also have a strong Game of Self. The Game of Life forms who you are. A strong Game of Life leads to Self-love. The Game of Life is all about gaining and sharing Resources. The central question in the Game of Life is: ‘What do you do in your day?’. The Game of Life needs understanding. The Game of Life needs Structure to understand it. The Game of Life depends on how you spend your Time and Money. Not taking any risks in the modern Game of Life is a risk itself.

Game of Self is everything inside you. The Game of Self is pure Chaos. The Game of Self is very hard to manage consciously. The Game of Self is where one part of the Fundamentals are situated. If you have a strong Game of Life, you will also have a strong Game of Self. The Game of Self often becomes a struggle because of self-imposed pressure if you chase Personal Development through rigid Order like schedules and routines. Creating such Order can lead to Fears and Expectations. You want immediate results, and when they don’t come, it feels like a failure. This feeling throws you back into Sheep mode, making Change in the Game of Self even harder. If you let go of self-imposed Order you’re not giving up on Structure. Given enough Time and Freedom better Structures will emerge, and they will be more aligned with your nature and your own Game of Self. We call this process I Grow Younger and it’s the inspiration behind our self-help system. Self-love, creativity and Chaos in the Game of Self help the I Grow Younger process. The real Barriers to a better Game of Self are the Barriers you create yourself. Pressure and Expectations are the Barriers you create yourself. These mental constraints weigh you down and prevent you from Flow with the natural rhythm of the Game of Life. The central question in the Game of Self is: ‘How do you feel?’. Freedom, Education and Resources help your Game of Self. Speed and Scaling are crucial for the I Grow Younger process in the Game of Self.

Goals is the opposite of Progress. Goals create Boxes. A factory has limited potential and it maximizes it though Goals. But you have unlimited potential and Goals just get in the way of accomplishing it. You just need a positive Life Direction and following a Direction does not need planning – one step at a Time is the best option as this is the Hunter mode behaviour.

Gratification delay is a concept from the famous Marshmallow experiment. The tested kids had the choice – one marshmallow treat right now or if they waited for 15 minutes – two marshmallow treats. Long-term surveys showed that kids who waited have more Success and feel Happiness. So the Gratification delay correlates with a strong Game of Self and a strong Game of Life.

Guilt is one possible feeling of people with high Morality. Guilt brings you into Sheep mode. Guilt has a negative influence on your Game of Self. Guilt is a Barrier. Guilt is the opposite of Self-love.

Happiness is Quality multiplied by Scaling. Happiness is the result of the I Grow Younger process. Happiness is the result of Personal development.

Hiring is one of the most important actions in Business and Entrepreneurship. The best Hiring strategy is the Love strategy in Business.

Human forces are Love and Fear.

Hunter mode is when you are driven by Unconditional love, Energy, curiosity and creativity. In Hunter mode you are a doer. Hunter mode is a Fundamental. Hunter mode is connected to a strong Game of Life. Hunter mode resist Inertia and Fear. You make Hunter moves when you are in Hunter mode. When in Hunter mode you make sure that every Success has Added value.

Hunter actions is what you do when you are in Hunter mode. Hunter actions is the opposite of Sheep actions. Your Hunter actions now generate your Hunter thoughts and feelings in the future. Hunter moves lead to Happiness and Long-term Freedom.

Hunter moves is a synonym of Hunter actions. Hunter moves are the opposite of Sheep moves.

Identity is to be yourself, to be one of a kind. Identity is a Flow. Building your own Identity is an important part of the Game of Self. Building an Identity means that you are all the Time in Hunter mode. Building an Identity is a fight for Long-term Freedom. Building an Identity is a Change process. Identity is not belonging to a group. Defining yourself as a part of a group is from the past, biologically developed in the evolution process. To define yourself only as a group member is a Box. If you always do what the group expects from you, then you lose Long-term Freedom. If you limit yourself to what your broad group usually does, you will not end up in special places, you will not have interesting ideas, and you will not earn more Money. You will be about average for your group. If you have your own Identity, you will have more Diversity of Experience, you will develop your intuition and you will feel no Fear. Identity is connected to responsibility. If you have Identity, your future is in your own hands.

I Grow Younger means Personal development. Human potential is unlimited. I Grow Younger is about expanding your chances as much as possible. I Grow Younger is about growing. Growing means moving outwards, forwards and upwards. Everything is about what you do or do not do. You can not just stay. If you are not moving outwards, you are moving inwards. If you are not moving upwards, you are moving downwards. If you are not moving forwards, you are moving backwards. If you are not growing, you are in decline. If you do not have a positive Life Direction, you have a negative Life Direction. I Grow Younger helps you achieve your unlimited potential. If you act according the Fundamentals, you are in the I Grow Younger process, and you are in Personal development. I Grow Younger maximizes Happiness and Freedom. I Grow Younger is the process of gaining Long-term Freedom. I Grow Younger is a Time process. I Grow Younger is a Change in the Game of Self. I Grow Younger is Progress in the Game of Self. The I Grow Younger process takes place in the Game of Life. The I Grow Younger process is Self-love, Unconditional love and Intuition. If you are in the I Grow Younger process, then you are in a Flow and in Hunter mode.

Inertia is the resistance to Change. Inertia is the opposite of Change. Unconditional love, Self-love and Chaos help against Inertia. Inertia is the most common force in your Game of Self and your Game of Life. Inertia is due to lack of Hunter actions. Inertia is typical for a weak Game of Self. Inertia is connected to Sheep mode. If you are driven by Inertia, you have no Freedom. Every inaction is an action in favour of Inertia. Evolution favours Inertia.

Intellectual trust is about people’s competence. Structure carries Intellectual trust. Intellectual trust is a very adult feeling that requires a fully developed brain and is boosted by Education and Diversity of Experience. Intellectual trust as a skill is essential to fight your way as close to the objective Truth as possible. Intellectual trust is the only tool to find your way into an ocean of information with varying Quality.

Intellectual Ultimate skills are the Intuition about Quantities and the Intuition about Structures.

Intuition is exactly what you need in order to obtain a true and deep understanding of everything. Intuition is a Fundamental. Intuition is more evolutionary mature than Logic. Intuition is more powerful than Logic. Intuition is an Ultimate Skill. You need Intuition both in the Game of Life and in the Game of Self. Intuition handles Flows. Intuition is a global tool. Intuition is good to explore in width. Intuition is an individual tool. With Intuition you may not be able to explain or provide a reason, but you will get a correct answer. Intuition is a shortcut. Intuition works best for binary choices. The deeper your Intuition, the more Self-love it requires. Using Intuition to make a major decision in the Game of Life without using Logic is a serious leap of Faith. Intuition connects Chaos and Structure. Intuition is a key bridge between Chaos and Structure. Intuition needs the Freedom of Chaos to work. Intuition needs the foundational Truth of Structure. Speed, Scaling, Unconditional love, Energy and Motivation help to form Intuition. Intuition is a major factor in Success. Types of Intuition are Intuition about Quantities, Intuition about Structures and Vibe Intuition.

Intuition about Numbers is a synonym of Intuition about Quantities.

Intuition about Quantities is one of the Intellectual Ultimate Skills. You need a good Intuition about Flows and Quantities, such as Money, Freedom, Time in order to be Successful in the Game of Life. Intuition about Quantities is knowing where the Threshold is. Intuition about Quantities is to feel the Flows.

Intuition about Structures is one of the Intellectual Ultimate Skills. You need to recognize patterns and develop an Intuition about Structures in the Game of Life in order to have Success.

Inward Reaction is a Direction in the Game of Self. The Inward Reaction points inwards, towards yourself. The Inward Reaction is closely related to the Sheep mode.

Job is the opposite of Entrepreneurship. Job is connected to Sheep mode. Job leads to less Freedom. Job is connected to Time and a Time limit is needed only if people are exploited with long working hours. The Truth is, you should work as much, as little, as early, as late, and as remote, as you want and as you deserve with your output and as the nature of the Job allows. A Job is a structured environment similar to a dictatorship. You are bound by the rules and decisions of a boss, with limited freedom to change the system. You are part of the labor market, trading your time, energy, and knowledge for money, appreciation, and education. It is stable but can feel restrictive. Most people resist leaving due to fear of change, inertia, and underestimating their potential outside the Job. The challenge is to recognize when this structure limits your growth and to explore opportunities that offer more freedom and diverse experiences.

Life Direction is positive or negative. Every life has a Direction. Every Game of Self has a Direction. Every Game of Life has a Direction. Positive Life Direction is if you act according to the Fundamentals. Positive Life Direction is growth. Positive Life Direction is Personal development. Positive Life Direction leads to the I Grow Younger process. Change is a positive Life Direction. Hunter mode is an example of a positive Life Direction. Negative Life Direction is if you do not act according to the Fundamentals. Negative Life Direction is a decline. Inertia is a negative Life Direction. Sheep mode is an example of negative Life Direction. You will have a strong Game of Self if you have a positive Life Direction. You will have a weak Game of Self if you have a negative Life Direction. You will have a strong Game of Life if you have a positive Life Direction. You will have a weak Game of Life if you have a negative Life Direction. Every action that you take or do not take creates and influences the next one. A Hunter move leads to more Hunter moves. A Sheep move leads to more Sheep moves. Any Hunter move or Sheep move in the present affects both the Game of Life and the Game of Self.

Life-long learning is a synonym of Education.

Life management is what we actually mean, when we speak about Time management. You do not need Life management. You do not need to manage your Game of Life. You need Time understanding and life understanding.

Logic is connected to thinking. Logic is connected to the left brain. Logic is the opposite of Intuition. The Scientific method uses Logic. On a personal level, Logic fails most of the Time. Logic handles Boxes. Logic is a local tool. Logic is good to explore in depth. Logic can be used both as an individual tool as well as a tool for whole humanity. With Logic you have to understand and be able to explain the workings of a system to get a correct answer.

Logical thinking is a synonym of Logic. Logical thinking is a Box.

Long-term Freedom is a Quantity that can be randomly enlarged. Long-Term Freedom is the measurement tool for Personal development. We measure Success in Long-term Freedom. Long-term Freedom is a Fundamental in I Grow Younger. Long-term Freedom is measure of Progress. You just compare your Freedom now to your Freedom in the past and your potential Freedom in the future. Long-term Freedom is a function of Time. Scaling helps you to achieve Long-term Freedom. A healthy, happy, wealthy person with a comfortable and fulfilled life and many personal achievements is only at the beginning of his/her Long-term Freedom. This is called the first mountain. The Barriers that can be encountered on this level are mostly in the Game of Life. When you start to climb the Second mountain you help others to find also their Long-term Freedom. On this level, you can encounter mostly Game of Self Barriers. The Long-term Freedom increases only if you have a strong Game of Self and a strong Morality. If you have a weak Game of Self and a strong Morality, then your Long-term Freedom decreases. Long-term Freedom is the most important Resource. Long-term Freedom is defined by the Number of meaningful paths you can take. Many different paths mean high Long-term Freedom. Only a few different paths mean low Long-term Freedom. Long-term Freedom is limited by Fears and Barriers, as well as the lack of Meta-Skills and Ultimate-Skills in the Game of Self. Long-term Freedom in the Game of Self comes from Self-love. Long-term Freedom is limited by Relationship, health, family, Morality and Money in the Game of Life. Long-term Freedom is invisible. Long-term Freedom is as important as Unconditional love and Happiness. Long-term Freedom helps you attract people and Resources. You can just base everything on Long-term Freedom valuations. Did your actions improve someone’s Long-term Freedom? You helped in long term, you changed a life. Did your actions reduce someone’s Long-term Freedom? You didn’t help or even cause harm in long term.

Love is a Trap-word. Love in I Grow Younger is a synonym of Unconditional love. There are four types of Love: Self-love, Love as a concept, Love in biology, Unconditional love. Romantic Love should not be regarded as something between two people because it is asymmetrical in nature. A much more realistic picture is of you feeling Unconditional love to each other independently. The strength, depth and exact mix of feelings are never the same.

Love as a concept is one of the types of Love. Love as a concept unites. Love as a concept is a force for good. Love as a concept is a force multiplier for your actions. Love as a concept is Freedom from Fear which makes you superhuman. Love as a concept is when all your Inertia and Barriers are gone and you achieve anything possible in The Game of Life with ease and harmony. Chaos and Love together result in a beautiful mess of Inspiration, Motivation and Creativity. Chaos and Love together lead to Hunter mode. Chaos and Love together are an unstoppable driving force for creation and sharing. Chaos and Love together are good for the Game of Self. Structure and Love together result in building the best Structures that last. All of Science and technology is a result of mixing Love with Structure. Take Love or Structure away and Truth-seeking falls apart. Love and Structure together are a preserving force. Structure and Love together are good for the Game of Life. Chaos and Love together without Structure lead to misinformation, conspiracy theories and fake news.

Love for Truth is a force. Love for Truth has no representation in nature or the animal kingdom – everything is about Usefulness there. Love for Truth is a distinctly human feature. People with a high level of meaning see the world as one whole and have no barriers between themselves, their potential futures, and the world’s future. In such people Truth connects to prosperity for everyone via science and technology, and reduces the harm from the Bullshit. People with high level of meaning feel the value of Truth for everyone and fighting for the Truth becomes their form of Love to the world. Love for Truth and Intellectual Trust together lead to Truth. Love for Truth and Intellectual Trust need Flows.

Love in biology is an evolutionary mechanism. Love in biology is a binding force. There are four types of Love in biology. Love in biology for your kids is the strongest one, as they depend on you for their survival. Love in biology in the form of attraction to your partner, so the kids can arrive. If any species develops a dislike of sex, they definitely are not passing their genes on. Love in biology for your family so you can raise kids and stand together in the face of danger. Meaning is when all your Barriers fall. So you have Long-Term Freedom, feel Unconditional love, use your Intuition and know the Truth. Meaning is a Fundamental.

Mental self-harm is when you ignore the problem but can’t forget about it and go through a downward spiral of thoughts.

Money is a virtual fuel that the modern world uses to facilitate most processes in The Game of Life. Money is supported by your mutual agreement and trust that it holds value. We can say that trust in money is the most universal type of trust for almost all of human society. Money stores value. Money can be exchanged for value. It is very easy to earn future Money if you understand the Game of Life and the Game of Self well. It is very hard to earn Money now. You have to develop an intuition about Money now and future Money.

Morality is an important human characteristic. Most people are moral. A lot of people have a very high Morality. High Morality can damage significantly your Game of Self. High Morality can lead to Inertia. The combination of high Morality and weak Game of Self decreases the Long-term Freedom. There is no Morality without Freedom, because you lose your choices. Morality does not lead to Freedom. Morality needs Freedom. Morality is a Trap word.

Motivation is when you are in Hunter mode. Motivated means to be in Hunter mode. Not motivated means to be in Sheep mode.

Numbers govern the modern world. Numbers govern the Game of Life. Numbers are a Quantity. Numbers have a Quality. Money and Time are Numbers. Numbers are an abstraction. An abstract object represents a real object or another abstract object. All math is built on this principle. You need Intuition to understand Numbers. To understand Numbers means to understand the abstraction behind them. To understand Numbers means to understand what they represent. Numbers cannot sustain Happiness. Numbers can bring you long-term unhappiness. Numbers are easy to compare and can lead to envy and other negative emotions. Emotions about Numbers never help. Numbers are part of the Truth. If Numbers represent another Numbers in the Game of Life then your emotions are not in danger. A key characteristic of financially successful people and entrepreneurs is that they are specific and speak in exact numbers.

Order is a simple everyday organization that helps you cope with the Game of Life and Game of Self. Order is helpful, but also dangerous, because it can create too many Boxes, that obstruct further development.

Outward Direction is a Direction in the Game of Life. The Outward Direction points outwards, towards the Game of Life. The Outward Direction is closely related to the Hunter mode.

Overkill is when internal Fears blow the problem out of proportion and you come up with a big, extremely safe, slow solution (which might end up being a waste of Time and Resources).

Overly moral people are people with high Morality. Overly moral people value Morality above Freedom and believe their only Freedom is Morality. Overly moral people experience Fear of being bad. Overly moral people lack Self-love and Self-worth. The Fear of being not moral leads to doubts, slow Speed, small Scaling and Inertia. The more internal the Fear is, the more it’s at its highest power when you have never experienced the Fear source. Most internal is the story of your own existence, how you define yourself. If you define your Game of Self by being Overly moral, the biggest Fear is to lose Morality. The more Overly moral you are, the more this Fear will control you. Loss of Game of Life advantages and lack of Resources is the result. Overly moral people are born with the empathy and honesty to lead nations, but they can’t realize their huge leadership potential. Overly moral people stuck in Inertia do suffer from the feeling that they could Change the world but are not doing anything about it. For a strong Game of Self an overly moral person needs a better Game of Life.

Partial truth is one part of Truth. Partial Truth is not the Truth. Partial Truth is very different from Truth. Partial Truth is manipulation. Some people use Partial Truth to convince other people about their case with arguments that are actually true and easily verifiable. They mix them with playing by people’s emotions and sprinkle in some Beauty, usually in the form of a Story. This is a very persuasive mix that is called Bullshit.

Passive aggression is when you have a solution, based on Fear, that often does damage to others in the Game of Life.

Passive income is how you start a Business. First, you need a Passive Income, no matter how small. And then you do Scaling.

Passivity is when you want to act but have no clear solution and feel helpless, lowering Self-worth below healthy levels.

Perceived truth is a synonym of a Story. A Perceived Truth is not the Truth. A Perceived Truth is what unites the tribe. A Perceived Truth is what unites a group of people. There is no incentive for Truth in a Perceived Truth. In theory, it can be true, but in practice the Perceived Truth is almost never true. A Perceived Truth usually has grains of Truth though, as this gives it extra strength.

Probabland is when primal Fears take over you in the Game of Self.

Procrastination is bad in relationships. Procrastination is related to Inertia. Procrastination is bad in the Game of Life. Procrastination leads to Guilt and Sheep mode in the Game of Life. Procrastination is good in the Game of Self. Procrastination tells you that you really don’t want to do something in your Game of Self. Procrastination tells you that there are better things to do in the Game of Self. Procrastination can lead to Change in the Game of Self. Procrastination gives you the Freedom to be in a Flow and in Hunter mode in the Game of Self. Procrastination enables you to choose the right Time for a Hunter move in the Game of Self.

Progress is what leads to Success. Progress is measured in Long-term Freedom. Progress is crucial for Business. Progress is a Flow. Your Progress in the Game of Life is driven by your understanding of the Scientific method, people, Structures and Resources. Progress in the Game of Self is a synonym of Personal development. Progress in the Game of Self is a synonym of the I Grow Younger process.

Quality is the opposite of Quantity. You rate Quality higher than needed. Quality is not as important as Quantity.

Quantity is at least as important as Quality. You mostly concentrate on Quality. Quantity is underestimated. One universal principle states that Quantity Changes lead to Quality Changes when a certain Threshold is passed. A Quality Change is a Structure Change. Quality and Quantity are interconnected and influence each other continuously. Examples of Quantity are Money, Time and Numbers. Your brain is not used to dealing with the concept of Quantity using Intuition. Mathematics is here to help. You have to find a way to bridge mathematics back with your Intuition. You need an understanding of the Exponential function with your Intuition.

Religion is a narrow, desperate path to Spirituality. Religion is outsourcing. Religion is when you outsource your Spirituality. Happy people don’t need Religion. You don’t need Religion. You need diverse sources of Faith and Spirituality. Religion imposes rules and Order. Religion narrows your Freedom extremely. Religion makes you dependent. Religion is Sheep mode. Religion is against Progress. Religion destroys your Intuition for Spirituality. Religion is when your Faith Goals get beyond your head and involve other people and the Game of Life. Religion is a mix between the Game of Self and the Game of Life. Religion is a major source of tension and conflict in the Game of Life. Religion is Faith turned into a story, trying to spread endlessly and outcompete every other competing story. Religion evolves like a living organism. Religion has one long-term Goal: survival. 99% of all Religions ever did not survive to this day. Religion is a story-based Structure with the Goal of streamlining Faith. Religion needs you. Religion needs cultural, political and financial Resources. Religion has collected Money from society to ensure its survival and it gives some back for good causes, resulting in mixed economic results. All ideologies are Religions.

Resources are what we need for Success in the Game of Life. The main Resources are Freedom, people, health and Money.

Reverse-Cheating involves intentionally breaking the rules of a system not for personal gain, but to benefit another entity, potentially your future self. Reverse-cheating is a powerful force for change, shifting focus from performance-based rewards to genuine care. Reverse-cheating involves a trade-off: sacrificing a known pattern for an uncertain future. Reverse-cheating is about breaking barriers and creating a nurturing environment for Self-love and growth. Reverse-Cheating is breaking Barriers. Reverse-Cheating is crucial for Overly moral people. Examples of Reverse-Cheating are: fail an exam on purpose, give an undeserved smile, give an undeserved tip. Reverse-cheating helps you and others. Reverse-Cheating is good both for the Game of Self and the Game of Life.

Scaling is the process of turning a small passive income into an enormous such. Scaling is the most important way to earn Money. Scaling is crucial for every Business. Scaling can be both a Quality and a Quantity. You can scale at least in three different ways: 1. through the variety (Quantity) of your actions, 2. through the scope, width (Quantity) of one single action and 3. through the depth of one single action (Quality).  It’s simply inevitable to do Scaling and not hurt a single person’s feelings. The important thing is, how many people did you lead to Happiness? How many did you inspire?

Science is what we rely on. The mission of Science is to find out how the world works.

Scientific method is the way Science functions – observation, questioning, testing and analyzing. All statements, data and results in I Grow Younger use the Scientific method and are fact-checked. The Scientific method uses Logic.  The Scientific method filters out all cases where your Logic is wrong. The Scientific method improves the best ideas of the smartest people.

School is from the past both as a concept and as an individual institution. School ignores the Game of Self and the Game of Life and has no practical meaning. School teaches facts that are fast forgotten. What you learn in School is often not useful in the Game of Life. What you don’t learn in School is often needed in the Game of Life. School concentrates on wrong Goals. School concentrates on wrong Structures. School concentrates on some wrong subjects and misses important ones. School concentrates on wrong Learning methods.

Second mountain is when your personal dreams and Happiness are achieved, so you start to find fulfilment in helping others. It’s the start of a second life period when a much higher Long-term Freedom can be achieved.

Self-Education is a synonym of Education.

Self-love is Love in the Game of Self. Self-love is at the centre of your Game of Self. Self-love is a type of Love. You are stuck with yourself forever. You are in a relationship with you. You can imagine your brain is like a prison in which you are both the prisoner and the guard. The two versions of you can be friends, or you can hate each other. While not being able to run away from each other. The sooner you develop Self-love, the better everything is. It is easier to love yourself, because you are always around yourself. Self-love is a rarely pure, deeply internal concept that does not have anything at all to do with the Game of Life. Everyone deserves the feeling of Self-love. You deserve Self-love. Self-love is so powerful in the Game of Self that decreasing Self-love is rare. People usually steadily increase Self-love. Self-love is a Fundamental. You start from Self-love in the Game of Self in I Grow Younger. Self-love means being good with yourself. It is very important not to be mean to yourself. A strong Game of Self needs Self-love. Self-love is connected to everything in the Game of Self. The lack of Self-love creates Barriers. The key to Self-love is to completely detach it from what you think you deserve. Self-love is the most important relationship in your life. Self-love is the foundation of everything else.

Self-worth is how your Self-love interacts with the Game of Life.

Shame is one possible feeling of people with high Morality. Shame brings you into Sheep mode. Shame has a negative influence on your Game of Self. Shame is a Barrier. Shame is the opposite of Self-love.

Sharing of Resources brings you Happiness and Long-term Freedom. Sharing is a Hunter move that uses your strong Game of Life to create a strong Game of Self. Sharing is connected to Unconditional love and Self-love. Sharing is mostly part of the Second mountain. Sharing is an Outward direction. Sharing is a Flow.

Sheep mode is when you are driven by Inertia and Fears. In Sheep mode you tend to think a lot and do nothing. Sheep mode is the opposite of Hunter mode. Sheep mode leads to negative Life Direction. In Sheep mode you are a thinker. In Sheep mode you think a lot and do nothing. Sheep mode is connected to a weak Game of Self. You make Sheep moves when you are in Sheep mode. Many people spend much of their time in Sheep mode. They choose one of the following reactions to obstacles: Passivity, Overkill, Passive Aggression, Mental self-harm. When in Sheep mode you often look at the achievement and not at the Added value. If you are in Sheep mode, then you have no Freedom.

Sheep actions are what you do when you are in Sheep mode. Sheep actions are the opposite of Hunter actions. Your Sheep actions now generate your Sheep thoughts and feelings in the future. Sheep moves lead to chronic anxiety, depression, low Self-Worth and Fears.

Sheep moves are a synonym of Sheep actions. Sheep moves are the opposite of Hunter moves.

Sleep is extremely important for your mental and physical health. You need to sleep enough. Alarms in order to go to work for your Day job or to a school from our bad Education system are not good for you. If you don’t sleep enough, you can easily enter Sheep mode and a Box. You need enough Sleep in order to be in Hunter mode. Sleep is a Flow and is crucial for all other Flows. Sleep is also crucial for all Ultimate Skills. Enough Sleep helps you to achieve Long-term Freedom.

Spam is a direct path in Business to information, attention and Money.

Spam strategy in Business means doing Scaling. This is achieved by a larger Quantity of your actions, both in variety and scope. It is also called the Quantity strategy.

Speed is when you live at a faster pace. Speed is very important for the I Grow Younger process. Speed is a Fundamental. Speed is connected to Flow. Speed is connected to Hunter mode. Speed is connected to Scaling. Speed helps you to have a greater Diversity of Experience. Speed helps you in Business, to make Money and gain Resources. Entrepreneurs do not suffer from mental health problems because of Speed. Speed is what is holding them together when everything else is uncertain. Speed helps you to achieve Long-term Freedom. Speed helps against Inertia. Speed is one of the most important Resources in the Game of Life.

Spirituality is part of your Game of Self. Spirituality is when you do not impose your thoughts on other people who may not need what we need. Spirituality is the opposite of Religion. Spirituality is connected to Morality.

Story is a synonym of Perceived Truth. A Story is not the Truth. A Story is what unites the tribe. A Story is what unites a group of people. There is no incentive for Truth in a Story. In theory it can be true but in practice the Story is almost never true. A Story usually has grains of Truth though, as this gives it extra strength.

Success is the Progress that we make in the Game of Life and the Game of Self. Success is a process in Time. We measure Success in Long-term Freedom. Success in the Game of Life is achieved through Business and Hunter moves. Success in the Game of Life leads to Added-Value and Money. Success in the Game of Self means personal development. Success in the Game of Self leads to Happiness.

Structure is a force in the Game of Life, that exists in a specific way due to some human-created Order or natural laws. Structure is useful to find patterns and is mostly created, processed and experienced by your left-brain. Structure is the opposite of Chaos. Structure is everywhere in the Game of Life. Structure is needed in the Game of Life. Structure on the personal level and in the Game of Self is not good. Structure creates Boxes. People evolved without much Structure and cannot understand Structure without proper Learning. Not understanding Structure is a major failure of modern society and the Game of Life. Not understanding Structure leads to not understanding the Truth by using Logic. With no Truth to stand on, there is no Intuition in Science and no Intuition for Numbers. Structure points the power of Unconditional love in the Direction that Truth determines.

Threshold is the upper or lower boundary of a Quantity that, when crossed, leads to Quality Change. Intuition about Threshold is extremely valuable, especially when in cooperation with others. Intuition about Threshold is an Intuition about Quantity.

Time is a Number. Time is a Quantity. Time has a Quality. The Quality of Time can be work Time, free Time, mixed Time, bot Time. Time becomes a Quality when it is no longer quantifiable or priceless. Time is connected to Money. You should know how to convert Time into Money. Don’t convert your priceless Time into Money. Don’t sell your Time for Money under the rate you think is reasonable. Time helps you develop the skill to say ‘no’. Don’t mix Time and Money while working. You have to know when to convert Money in saved Time. Time allows you to aim high. Time is connected to Flow. Time is connected to Speed. Time is a skill based on Intuition. You understand Time if you feel the Flow of Time. Time helps you to be in the I Grow Younger process in the Game of Self. Time as a Quality is eternity.

Time management is like trying to manage a huge river you are swimming in. Time management does not work. Time management is conceptually impossible. Time management is a narrow, desperate path to Time understanding. Time management is when you give up and outsource your Time Understanding. Time management imposes rules. Time management destroys your Time Intuition. What people mean when they say Time Management is to set better priorities, to increase your productivity and to get rid of addictive Time-wasting habits. People mean Life Management, when day say Time Management. Time Management increases pressure and Expectations. Things happen when you give up control. You have to stop managing your Game of Life and things will happen. A direct effort to control never has a high Success rate, because people will resist, even if they don’t know why. Time management is a Trap word. You do not need Time management if you are in Hunter mode.

Time question is “What do you do in your day?”. Give me a minute by minute breakdown of your typical day. You can ask it until you develop an Intuition about Time. Ask the Time question everywhere. Use it to ask people about their work, students about their study and parents about their parenting. It’s the most educational question you can ask someone along with the Vibe question: “How do you feel?”. These are the two questions that bring life detail and nuance. “What you do in your day?” is the central Game of Life question.

Time understanding is a skill based on Intuition. Time understanding is the opposite of Time management. You can train your Time understanding if you try to guess what is the Time. You can train your Time understanding if you try to guess how much Time has passed since a nice and memorable event. Time understanding helps you feel your Game of Life in Time. With Time understanding the Game of Life is not only a static picture of the present, the memories of the past and thoughts about the future. With Time understanding the Game of Life feels like a continuum and more wholesome. Time understanding is feeling when something is too fast, too slow or too repetitive. Time understanding is a whole new level of consciousness that keeps you Time-healthy and Time-effective. Time understanding develops Speed and you can work and grow fast. Time understanding is to be patient about the things in the Game of Self and Game of Life you cannot really force on the Time scale and may have to wait for years.

Transformation does not happen from inside out, but from outside inwards. It is much easier to first change your Game of Life and then your Game of Self. Change is a synonym of Transformation.

Trap-words are multi-meaning words, so that everyone understands them in a different way. Trap-words are words like ‘work’, ‘Business’, ‘Money’, ‘Love’, ‘relationship,’ ‘job’ that have too many associations in your brain (connected with millions of neurones), so you just block when you hear them in order not to experience “thinking-overload”. It’s a safety mechanism for your brain and causes it to restart. In I Grow Younger we use simple words that have only one meaning, so you know exactly what we are speaking about. Trust is a Trap-word. There are two types of Trust – Emotional Trust and Intellectual Trust. The two types of Trust have nothing in common. You have to differentiate between them when you talk about Trust. Otherwise, Emotional Trust always dominates.

Truth is a Fundamental. Truth leads to Happiness in the Game of Self. Truth has a Beauty of its own. Unconditional love and Structure together bring you closer to the Truth. The Truth of your social group is not your Truth. The Truth of your social group is not the Game of Life Truth. The strongest evolutionary advantage for survival was not to know the actual Truth. It was to have one Perceived Truth with your tribe. It is a social responsibility to help more people get closer to the objective Truth, but this can not happen with Logic. You can get closer to Truth by Unconditional love, compassion and understanding. The biggest danger for the Truth is the combination of Partial Truth, Usefulness and Beauty together in a Story. The biggest danger to the Truth is Bullshit. You are not biologically attracted to Truth. You are biologically attracted to Usefulness. The worse the intentions in the Game of Life, the more Truth you need in the Game of Self. Flows help you battle for the Truth.

Ultimate Skills are the most crucial skills that we need to master the Game of Life. There are two types of Ultimate Skills – Emotional and Intellectual. The Emotional Ultimate Skills are Acceptance, Mindfulness and Direction. The Intellectual Ultimate Skills are Intuition about Structures and Intuition about Quantities. Ultimate Skills are connected to Intuition. The Ultimate Skills are a product of the Chaos force. The Ultimate Skills bring you personal growth and Money. All Ultimate Skills are Flows.

Unconditional love is the strongest and most positive force that you can experience. Unconditional love is a real force and exists inside you. Unconditional love is a chaotic force. Unconditional love has no Logic. Unconditional love can happen for no reason. Unconditional love is when you want Happiness more for someone else than for you. Unconditional love is when you make sacrifices for someone else and feel it is the natural thing to do. Unconditional love is when all actions do not cause harm. Unconditional love is when you give Freedom to someone. Unconditional love is only good. Unconditional love makes you and others feel Happiness. Unconditional love gives you Long-term Freedom. In Unconditional love you have to prioritize Freedom. Unconditional love is created from inside out, but can be facilitated by Unconditional love, compassion and gratitude from others. Unconditional love is a force with Outward direction. This is why it is so difficult to experience Self-love. Unconditional love always has an Outward direction, a truly selfless, giving force. The more you are, the more you can share via Unconditional love. Unconditional love comes with understanding, forgiveness and no Expectations. Unconditional love just lets things be. Unconditional love is to show Vulnerability. Unconditional love is a Fundamental. Unconditional love is a Flow.

Underworld is when primal urges take over you in the Game of Self. Examples of primal urges are gambling and social media. The Underworld comes in three variations – the Mindless Underworld (everything that neither makes you feel Happiness long-term nor is useful), the Escapist Underworld (when you attempt to replace your Game of Life with another one – gaming, gambling, substance abuse and other addictions) and the Delusional Underworld (political ideologies, conspiracy theories, Religion – it can be beautiful and you may think it helps you in the Game of Self, but it is not true. It causes disconnection from the Game of Life, so you fail in the Game of Life). The Underworld contributes to Sheep mode. The Underworld is a Box. They are connected to Inertia.

Universal forces are Chaos and Structure.

University is from the past both as a concept and as an individual institution. The world today changes much faster than University can follow. University is a system that looks to preserve itself. University is not friendly to positive Change. University grants you less Long-term Freedom compared to the other best options. University is a loss of Time, Money and Resources. University is not the best place to do Learning. To quit a university is a good decision. To quit a university is an important Hunter move and leads to Flow and Freedom. To quit a university gives you the Time and Energy to start your Education. University is only good for mathematics, exact sciences, engineering, the arts, highly specialised professions, medicine and psychology.

Unlearning is an important process of giving up your bad habits and everything wrong that comes from your Education and your environment. Unlearning is an important step that always comes first, before starting to learn again. Without Unlearning what is wrong, you can’t learn what is right. Unlearning is often needed for Self-love and Self-worth. Unlearning destroys the Barriers between you and Self-love.

Unpopular forests are unconventional ways that lead you fast to Flow. You can find many Unpopular forests in the Game of Self and in the Game of Life, also in nature, in education, at work, in your Business, in everyday life, in relationship, in communication. Examples of Unpopular forests are: getting lost in real forest, straight line hiking, snowy slope-sliding fast movement in crowded places, fast walking on planes and public transport, getting off just in time, sleeping on bean bags, procrastination, spending more that you can afford, value your Time highly, price your products and services high, Mentoring, chaotic gifts, late gifts, random Time gifts, multiple gifts, experience gifts, mixing work and leisure, mixing different works, welcoming internal uncertainty, removing Expectations. Unpopular forests push you out of your comfort zone. Unpopular forests are about embracing unpredictability. Unpopular forests involve perceived physical danger and challenge.

Usefulness is when something is good for only a group of people (a tribe of people). People are social beings that biologically want to fit in a group (their tribe). The tribe has an Energy and behaviour of its own and the simple Goal to survive against threats and to be competitive. Therefore it needs a “glue” – a strong identity-building Story that unites the people in the tribe. United tribes are powerful and competitive, which makes them grow in size over Time, as they recruit people from less competitive tribes using brute force, coercion or incentives. Biology makes Usefulness always dominate objectivity and some people fall into the traps of tribalism which separates them from the Truth. Usefulness does not translate to anything meaningful. The falseness does lead to more falseness by detaching us from reality in the long term, by creating non-truthful structures in our brain. The fact that it has Usefulness will make other false and questionably useful beliefs more attractive in the future. This is a slippery slope.

Vibe Intuition is about feeling your vibes and the vibes of other people. Vibe Intuition is the best tool for the I Grow Younger process. Vibe Intuition is about how Structures and Quantities evolve over Time in closely interconnected systems like a human being and the Game of Self.

Vibe question is “How do you feel?”. Together with the Time question it brings life detail and nuance. “How do you feel?” is the central Game of Self question.

Vulnerability is closely related to Self-love and Self-Worth. Without Vulnerability there is no true Unconditional love and Self-love. Vulnerability is the foundation of Self-love. Vulnerability is the opposite of Guilt and Shame.
