Role Overview
We are looking for a Freelance Fact Checker with an interest and background in psychology to help ensure the scientific accuracy and credibility of our educational content.
You will review articles and materials related to psychology, mental well-being, and personal development, verifying claims and sources to ensure they are supported by reliable research.
Responsibilities
- Fact-check psychology and self-development content
- Verify claims using academic and scientific sources
- Review references and citations
- Identify inaccuracies or misleading information
- Suggest improvements for clarity and accuracy
Requirements
- Background or strong interest in psychology, behavioral science, neuroscience, or mental health
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience in academic research, journalism, or fact-checking is an advantage
- Excellent written English
- Strong attention to detail
