Motivation, extrinsic and intrinsic motivation, dopamine, core Flows and secondary Flows

Intrinsic motivation is when you don’t know why you do something, but you do it, and it’s not some biological craving but some joyful Flow experience. It is simply the sum of your Core Flows. The brain has a separate neuron path for intrinsic motivation. Dopamine is central to intrinsic motivation.
