Motivation, extrinsic and intrinsic motivation, dopamine, core Flows and secondary Flows

Extrinsic motivation is anything about avoiding pain and seeking pleasure. Basically all your biological cravings, all the reward chasing in Hunter mode and all the defensive, fear-induced behavior in Sheep mode come from extrinsic motivation. The brain has a separate neuron path for extrinsic motivation. Dopamine is central to extrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivation dominates over intrinsic motivation.
