Fundamentals

In I Grow Younger we define the most important notions as Fundamentals. We also call them Building Blocks or Principles. Every Fundamental is a positive Principle that leads to personal development and growth. If you act according to the Fundamentals you are in the I Grow Younger process. Human potential for growth and positive development is unlimited. So your potential for growth and positive development is also unlimited. But your potential for failure, decline and negative development is also unlimited. If you move outwards, forwards or upwards, you are growing or in a positive development. You are growing younger. You are in the I Grow Younger process. If you move inwards, backwards or downwards, you are in decline or negative development. Everything is about what you do or do not do. You can not just stay. If you are not moving outwards, you are moving inwards. If you are not moving upwards, you are moving downwards. If you are not moving forwards, you are moving backwards.

All of the Fundamentals are part of and take place in the Game of Self or/and the Game of Life. Self-Love, Chaos, Change, Speed, Flow and Intuition are Fundamentals from the Game of Self. Hunter mode, Entrepreneurship, Diversity of Experience and Truth are from the Game of Life. Long-term Freedom, Unconditional Love and Meaning are situated both in the Game of Self as well as in the Game of Life. The Fundamentals are closely connected to each other. A progress in one fundamental leads to progress in other fundamentals and to overall progress.
