This is why we created I Grow Younger—a safe space to shed the weight of growing up and cut through the cultural fog that blinds us. Here, we challenge the illusions we were raised with and look at life, and ourselves, as they truly are – even if that means starting from scratch.
While I Grow Younger might fit under the self-help label it’s not your typical personal development book. Traditional self-improvement makes you the center of attention, creating pressure on you to fix yourself. Such pressure is counterproductive and may be harmful to your mental health. This is why here, it’s not about you, it’s about truth. It’s about understanding how your mind and body work in a world we did not evolve for, and how they have been holding you back. Once you embrace the truth, change is inevitable. Because once you see it, you can’t unsee it. We’ll share the best ideas we’ve got, but where they take you is up to you—and a little bit of chance. After all, life comes with no guarantees, yet infinite possibilities.

I Grow Younger we’re all about effective approaches. A major issue in the self-help industry is size – either too little or too much. On one side, you’ve got memes and 20-word tweets that miss any depth. On the other hand, bloated books balloon a simple idea into 300 pages just to make the author sound like a guru.

People drown in secondary details and miss the fundamental principles that shape their lives and the world. We won’t let that happen here. Short. Simple. Straight to the point.
